Lol read the description of that book.. I love how these no-nothing's throw around terms like "cell friendly vegetables" and "harmful animal products" as if theyve done any more research than get together with a. Couple of their friends and decide that it wasn't enough for them to hate meat, but everyone that ate meat as well.

Robins book is going to dwarf Howard's previous lame attempts at publicity to steal a few more ducats from working people. I can't wait for Howard to try to tell us that he's tried all the recipes in the book and how much his life has changed ever since he's stopped eating real food like the rest of the world.
