I loved Soul Calibur (on Dreamcast). The later versions were too hard. I got my ass handed to me, repeatedly.

I tried playing them, but they just didn't have the magic the old one did. Part of that magic was how good it looked/sounded at the time, I couldn't believe I was playing something that looked like that at home.

Hated playing online with this game, there is unavoidable lag, which no matter how small, interferes with timing, and you have assholes playing with turbofire and programmable controllers and they spam you with Honda/Chun Li/Blanka's electricity, thousand hands, kicks ,or they program multiple sequences and push one button to spam dragon punches, Dhalsim's teleports, etc.

I play ken and I don't have any trick controller. I still win most my games. My defense and timing are impeccable.
