The climatology community agrees that man made global warming is a fact.
Now you can all pretend you're climatologists if you want. But I'll stick with the professionals.

How so? What makes the global warming scientists different from scientists who created nuclear weapons or Polio vaccines or microchips or said the world is NOT flat? (srs)
...like how the deniers' livelihoods and profits depend on people NOT believing in manmade global warming? Like if a corporation owned and operated lignite power plants, that were grandfathered in before even the earliest EPA regulations, let alone global warming theories, for example. Is it conceivable that owners and shareholders who reap enormous profits might decide that it would cost more to address the (theoretical) problems they might have created, than to simply put a few thousand in the right Senator's pocket, and a few more bucks into public relations efforts to pooh-pooh any talk that they might be fucking up the planet we live on?
Happened before.
Happened before.
Happened before.

Back in the '70's when temps were dropping and scientists said we were heading into an Ice Age, that was our fault as well.
you really dont see my replies as the mirror to that loonys poster i was replying to...but you have no problem with that.
just another made up religion by the loonies....follow the money....4.5 billion yrs of well documented wild ass climate change is never wrong. but somebody gotta get paid now....silly shit this world of ours..![]()
I hate being bipolar, its awesome.
the funny thing is, we are headed towards another ice age...& nobody in the know denies that.
I hate being bipolar, its awesome.

I like how right wingers are slobbering over this guy despite his acknowledgment of global warming.
The "it happened before" argument doesn't hold any water. Scientists agree that extreme weather is increasing and affecting more people and scientists show that it is due to global warming.
The junk science is people trying to crowbar data into their belief system. Like trying to prove the the earth is 5000 years old or trying to deny man-made global warming.
Fossil fuel companies love that mis-information is being spread around. Their bottom line is profit. And a mis-informed public will dispell the notion of greenhouse gasses warming the planet and ultimately not look for alternatives to fossil fuels.
The facts are out there. You can choose to ignore them or not believe them. You can believe that there's a government conspiracy to make green energy companies rich. The real conspiracy is the big fossil fuel energy companies making billions and enjoying a mis-informed public. They don't want any competition and will squash it any way they can and a mis-informed public is doing a bang up job.

The ark and noah is a mythical tale that might have some basis in reality as far as a major flood is concerned that might have happened thousands of years ago. The flooding today is real and documented and nobody is building an ark and it isn't because God is mad at us.
But I'm sure you have a better explanation than the scientists.

Where are the serious Democrat proposals for stopping global warming? It's funny that liberals believe there is a preventable apocalypse on the horizon and all they seem to be able to do about it is preemptively blame Republicans.
