I agree this is just another fashion trend that will eventually die out. Every generation has their own fashion cross to bear. I remember back in the day when I was in school the hip thing to do was to leave your sneakers untied. I have no clue how we managed to shuffle from place to place without tripping over our shoestrings and falling on our stupid faces.

We're all fashion assholes as some point.
