You can go to prison for wearing saggy pants in MA? I mean, sure it looks goofy, but why do they give a fuck? ... seems like a total waste of tax dollars if they implement the law.

The real reason for this "style" is that it's a tribute for their incarcerated brothers. Since belts are not allowed in the temporary lock up most weekend prisoners have to walk around with their baggy pants hanging off. What started as a "tribute" for their locked up counterparts evolved into an urban "fashion statement"
