I'm guessing I'd have to pay for 7...and T@H could absolutely walk me through it. Yes - they HAVE to help me, 'cause I just dropped $44 on a "quick fix", and agreed to a contract of $10/month for constant tech service.

That being said....if I can't make the bitch acknowledge the internet, neither Rogers nor T@H can do shit for me. I've installed the program, it recognizes the internet - but it will not recognize any browser. So I cannot access the internet, for either of those technically skilled options to assist me.

Times like this, it's good that I don't have guns.

Is the only problem you're having getting online or establishing a connection? Are you using a cable modem or dsl? Do you have a wireless router hooked up? Have you tried calling your ISP and have them walk you through it? (Is Rogers your ISP?)
