Frank Zappa told Howard to name his daughter, which wasn't born yet, Moldred. Howard picked Emily instead. Later on, Emily stated that she loved the name Moldred and wished that Howard named her that!

My recollection is Howard asked Frank for a nickname for himself and Frank nicknamed Howard- Moldred.

Damn it, now I'm going to have to research this, just to prove to myself that I'm not going senile. I do have the interview on cassette tape but I'll be damned if I have a cassette player handy.

Maybe I'll delve into Marksfriggin if I really care about it that much. In the mean time, I'll just be content to know Muldred has a FZ-THSS connection.

He asked ''Who gave Howard the nick name Moldred back in the 80's?'' What he meant to ask was who gave Howard the name Moldred to use for his daughter that was yet to be born. Bobo wasn't sure of the answer but while he was thinking about it the White Rapper was being yelled at by his wife. Howard eventually gave the correct answer of Frank Zappa.

I can see where NotMyBro got his info, but I still maintain that FZ gave HS that nickname.

It appears that Howard is running 112 inc out of his (residential) Condo in Manhattan.
Wonder if the Condo Board has approved him running a "Business" out of his Home.
Many Residential Condo/Co-Op prohibit such activity.

Howard Stern has acquired 3 apartments below his 4,027 square foot penthouse in New York City’s Millenium Tower for $15.1 million. The new apts. total 4,027 square feet, bringing his total square footage up to 8,176. Before purchasing the additional units, Stern received permission from the building’s board to combine the new 3 with his existing penthouse (made up of 2 seperate units). There is little doubt the “King of All Media” will convert all of his units into one massive apartment. The Millenium Tower is located at 101/111 West 67th St. and is also home to Regis Philbin, who lives 2 floors below Stern.
