When will Obama address this black on black violence?

In the first anti-gun address before the inaugural, he listed about a dozen "mass shootings" over the last several years. Briefly he mentioned Chicago as a city. Not New Orleans, New York, LA, Oakland, Cleveland, Detroit, Houston, Philadelphia, Miami, St. Louis, Newark, Camden, etc.

Less than 400 people were killed by rifles last year. That includes so called, "assault rifles," hunting rifles, plinkers and pistol caliber rifles with no "high capacity" magazines. It also includes deaths from suicides, justified civilian homicides and police homicides. Yet 500 people were killed in Chicago alone. SAlmost exclusively by illegal handguns. They don't count.

Where is Kanye now? President Obama does not care about Black people!
