it's a combination of all of the network news, and all of the print media (save a few), and all of academia (save a few, a precious few), and the rest of the liberal cable news that was in the tank for obama.

i mean, we're how far out from sandy, and yet we still hear more about katrina. we're so far away from benghazi, and we hear more about WMD in iraq.

uh, no, the mainstream media has far more people than the cable news networks; Fox is the dominant cable news network because it saw a gaping hole in the market: non-liberal news.

i don't think that the people who run Fox think as i do; they're just good businessmen and have figured out a way to make money on the news.

unlike most liberal news organizations, which seem to run at a constant loss

So the liberal networks have no viewers and run at a loss, but are so powerful they got Obama elected?

the union machine got obama elected; the media is their fifth column. they would not have put obama into office if he were a conservative republican.

get it? yet? get anything? yet?

Unions have about half the power and scope they had before Reagan was elected, and yet Conservatives still overrate and demonize them. Dude, as far as unions go, conservatives are kind of winning their waged war against them. Obama won because no one is buying what the republicans are selling. You complain that "47% of people don't pay any tax", but the solution to every problem is cutting taxes

oh, by the way, if you cherrypick like 400,000 votes in the swing states, and change them from obama to romney, we would have inaugurated president romney last week.

    400,000 votes. that's some mandate.

Ok, the number is about 334,000 votes in 4 states, that's how the system works. In 2000 bush won by 535 votes in florida, and 2004 about 100,000 votes in ohio. Bush outright claimed a mandate in 2004, I guess Obama earned 3x the mandate bush did in 2004 and 700x the mandate he earned in 2000.

Also, that 334,000 votes represents more than 10% of Obama's margin of victory in the election so it isn't as insignificant as Breitbart and your other right wing sources have tried to.

fascinating article; there's like a thousand facts in it. do you dispute any of the facts, or just the conclusion?

    Conclusion
So is vote fraud real? Yes. Did it occur in this election? Yes. Was it enough to steal the election? In reality, although no single instance or aspect of vote fraud was likely enough to tip the election for Obama, the aggregate of their corrupt activities – including illegal campaign donations, taking advantage of states without voter ID requirements, military ballots delivered too late, as well as the laundry list of elements identified in this report, may well have been.

Republicans crying voter fraud is rich. Republicans were absolutely guilty of trying to suppress democratic voters.

I mostly get my news from The Weekly Standard and the The National Review, Fox News always came across like pro-wrestling to me. Chris Wallace is an exception, and I like Red Eye, but O'Reilly and a lot of the other anchors are just playing characters. Here's my point: any real conservative will tell you that Mitt Romney and John McCain are not and never were real conservatives. They were men who wanted to be president because they thought they deserved it due to their military career or financial standing. Because most reasonable candidates know they can't compete, the only candidates who rise up to challenge them are kooks. It makes the party look phony or full of wackjobs. It's really been 16 years since we had a true conservative candidate, in Bob Dole (I would call W. more of a populist than anything), and if Fox News will just get back to serious journalism of the type that Chris Wallace does, maybe we can actually get a decent candidate. The last election should have been a slam dunk, and only an un-intellectual, social climbing idiot like MItt Romney could have blown it.
I find this type of reply very disturbing.

I don't want to hear about Chris Wallace, Bob Dole, William F. Buckley...

There is way too much fun watching Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachmann, Rick Santorum, Rush Limbaugh, Newt Gingrich, Dick Morris, Sean Hannity, Herman Cain, Rick Perry, Donald Trump and the rest of the island of misfit halftards.

In all honesty, I'm not worried, the typical Jerry Springer/Wal-mart red state talk radio listener (see "I invented that" for reference) will continue to demand the usual Palin/Perry/Bachmann types to lead them.... no fucking way they're going to allow anyone to take away control of their party away from this class of geniuses.

probably because his victory was 700x greater than Bush's 2000 victory, and over 3x greater than bush's 2004 victory that earned him "a mandate" , and "political capital that he intended to use"

judging by his track record we're in for a rough ride.
