Then, when she finally comes out, she points her camera phone at you, takes your picture and says if you don't give her $500 right now, she's going to say you raped her and call the police.

Under that scenario, your best case outcome is that you are admitting to the police that you are guilty of solicitation... I suppose that's better than the alternatives
