Idk if he wants to do it but they need to try and get Sherrod to be permanent co-host. He used to be funny on Tough Crowd and usually kills when I see him on Red Eye. I was going to stop watching the show soon but would def watch if he was on. This was the first good show since Nice left imo.
I was in the supermarket when that came on my mp3 player. I was tearing up, trying not to bust out laughing.
Last night's show was Stern in his prime-esque; gang-bang radio at its finest.
I don't know anything about Levy, but I don't have to to know he's a shameless scumbag.
Aside from the voice and the general creepiness, just the way he gleefully told Artie he wouldn't be getting his $10,000 back told me everything I need to know about him.
Douchebag.
I fucking HATE when people say "that's so funny" but don't fucking laugh, like they're the judge and jury of comedy, and "above" the room/situation.
Fuck what you think is funny!
But at one point she abandoned the "that's so funny" and actually laughed; a deep, real laugh, and that was cool.
Her other one was: "I'm not even entering this conversation", like she's a Senator or something, and like the conversation wasn't getting by just fine without her.
But yeah, she's got a downright putrid attitude. She'll probably get to keep it for another 20-30 years or so, though; the black ladies hold up very well.
In a way it's our fault. In two ways, actually: she's been hit on at every turn for the past 10 years or so, so I'm sure that attitude is part defense-mechanism.
And because guys pretend to listen to what she's saying and find it interesting, she actually thinks she's interesting!
I'm a big fan of "halves"; half-black, half-some kind of asian, half-spanish, etc., with "white" being the other half, obviously................although I would like to see what the geeks in the Benetton lab could cook up getting all rainbow-y with it.
This girl was too dark for me. I gotta bring her home to mama, you know what I'm sayin'?
edit: no, I just watched a clip from last night's show and she's fucking SMOKIN'! Way hotter than the pic greekfreak posted. What's his deal?!?
Anyway, that sucks about her being so hot.
angry-fapping hurts my pee-pee.
Like I said, I don't know anything about Levy, but I got the feeling there wasn't one inaccuracy or exaggeration in that infamous wrap-up show rap.
"I heard you're.............really....................sick" - devoted wife Beth Ostrosky, to her husband, H. Allen Stern
I haven't totally loved the shows this week, but this one was a killer!
I think my favourite part was when Hanzi got hung up on.
Levy does look like he's been through something, he's a mess.
I haven't seen Sherrod Small for years. Not sure why he started in on that chick, but all her comebacks were like a 9 year old - getting all sarcastic with the "that's so funny" bit.
She got too offended and couldn't articulate it - couldn't even plug her silly bastardball twitter thing.![]()
I could do with a bit less of the people shouting over the top of each other like they're on Springer, but great show! Got me through work nicely.
I love most of Billy Bob's movies, but Pushing Tin made me push the eject button. Sling Blade is the best acting I've ever seen. Bad Santa rocks - and pretty much everything he's written.
I'm pretty sure Monster's Ball was about his family/father, with Ledger playing Billy Bob.
Daddy And Them was another good one about his family, plus its got John Prine in it.
Thorton lost me, forever, when he was doing that radio interview with his band and he compared himself musically to Tom Petty.
His band was tight................it was Billy Bob who sucked.
And there wasn't an "American Girl" or "The Waiting" in the bunch, that's for sure.
Bad Santa was great, though. I miss John Ritter; he was a class act, that guy.
A Simple Plan was kind of cool, too..............which leads me to the real diamond in this rough: Frailty.![]()

Yeah on his first N&A appearance I had never seen him before only heard him on the radio so I thought artie talking about the coke stroke was just busting his balls, but then I went back and looked up old howard tv episodes and he looked half way normal. He definitely looked realy aged and bad last night, it realy did look like one side of his mouth was paralyzed like artie was saying it was pretty gross watching him. I wonder what kind of money he actually makes from stand up, Ive only seen him being funny once on a howard stern roast but even then he was by no means great.

Levy was classic, hanzi was funny, great show. I love that after the model left Artie mentioned how she's in for a rude awakening. So true
The show was good but that model was annoying. She would talk under everyone and then say "that's funny" in a sarcastic way. Unless a female guest is really good they should kick them out after one segment.

I was surprised to see Small on the show. I think I remember Artie commenting on how Small didn't belong with all the bigger name comedians performing on the benefit for the hurricane victims last month. It might have been Nick but I remember it being Artie.
favorite moment last night was a live look in and Bocchetti commenting about finding a red light district in New Orleans and Artie saying "I'm gettin your pipes cleaned every night we're down there if i have to do it myself!" Bocchett's excitement throwing out the double arm extension for a hug had me in stitches.
You're a fake wearer sucker whose gold got busted.Cheaper than a hot dog with no mustard. You tried to steal my fresh and you got cold busted.Because your crew's all soft and I'm disgusted.

THIS.
I always thought it was Nick's way of stepping in the other guests and even Artie because he didn't want anyone else to get on a roll and be funny except for himself. The fact that they don't go to break as much as they used to when Nick was there, or cut people off and send them on their way as much as they did when Nick was there, and that they now have people hang out and stay much more than they did when Nick was there says an awful lot. It tells me that Nick was cutting everyone off with always having to go to break, and that no one hung around like they do now because Nick must have made it miserable.
