wow, i thought star wars was dead with lucas. i wonder if they're gonna try to stay true to his scripts (he wrote 7, 8, and 9 already).

It pretty obvious from my screen name I am somewhat of a Star Wars fanboy. I hate the prequels and Lucas messing with the original movies ect. At the same time I can't help but be excited to see these new movies. I think anybody that cuts a 4 billion dollar check for something is going to do their best to get it right. If Disney hits one out of the park this could be a lot of fun. Could you imagine going to the Star Wars expansion at Disney World ? It's not as far fetched sounding as it would have been a couple of months ago.

Everybody is getting excited about JJ directing the movie, but is he going to write it as well? If the script is shit, the movie will almost certainly be shit.
