Not to take away from the commitment a gold medal took, but why is it that theres always something a little "off" when they try to make female athletes look 'sexy', its like they try too hard and it comes across. Like Sports Illustrated will do a layout with "the sexy women of.. <insert women's volleyball or soccerteam or WNBA>" and they'll stuff em into cocktail dresses and high heels and it never looks right, it always looks awkward.

Sure there are exceptions, like this specimen, but the exceptions kinda prove the rule.

Would Elin Nordegren actually reunite with Tiger Woods?


According to the National Enquirer (via Fox Sports) earlier this week—an incredibly reliable source, I know—Woods proposed to his ex-wife on Christmas. The tabloid alleges that Nordegren is considering the proposal, but has asked for a ridiculous pre-nup that includes a major payout should Tiger cheat again.


Thankfully, Michael Sneed of the Chicago Sun-Times has a source that says all of that is hogwash:


Scratch the tabloid twaddle Tiger Woods proposed over the Christmas holiday to ex-wife Elin Nordegren, who allegedly claimed she'd do it for a pre-nup—including a $350 million anti-cheating clause.


A friend of Nordegren tells Sneed the story is "farcical, bogus, absolutely fiction, false and that she is spending her time being a lovely mom raising her lovely kids." So there.


That seems more realistic to me.


Here's some of the wonderful stuff the National Enquirer reported (via Fox Sports):


"Tiger didn't even balk at the demand. Even though his accountants think he's crazy, he's ready to sign the pre-nup and set a wedding date," a source told the magazine.


"The guy has never recovered from being dumped by Elin. He's dated lots of models and bimbos, but none of them were more than a one night stand."


"Tiger stopped by Elin's rental house one afternoon when their kids were out with a nanny and they had sex for the first time since the split," a source reportedly told the Enquirer.


Savory, isn't it?


It's hard for me to imagine Nordegren ever getting back together with Tiger after such a huge scandal and public embarrassment for both parties. Honestly, how could she ever trust him again?


Woods allegedly had up to 16 mistresses and reportedly spent thousands of dollars on them. He set up an elaborate system to ensure he wouldn't get caught cheating on his wife. His scandal was one of the biggest in the history of professional sports.


Sorry, but I have a hard time imagining Nordegren running back into his outstretched arms after that.


And honestly, $350 million in a pre-nup clause? She got at least $100 million in the divorce settlement—I hardly think she would potentially put herself in a position to be hurt again for even more money.


I could be wrong, but all of this sounds like a lot of rubbish to me, much as Nordegren's friend told Sneed. But hey, we're talking about it, so I suppose it served its purpose, huh?

Looks like Tiger Woods is pulling out all the stops in an effort to convince his ex Elin Nordegren to marry him again by promising a big bucks pre-nup as well as an equally large cheating clause, according to reports.
The sportsman and his wife divorced in 2010 after he was exposed for serial cheating and is now willing to pay the price for his mistake, hoping it’s enough to win her back.
Tiger has already offered Elin a $200 million dollar pre-nup and she is allegedly considering the proposal on the condition that her cheating ex hubby add in a $350 million cheating clause.
According to reports, Elin feels the staggering pay-up will keep him from straying again.
