Malone influence already in effect ...

from THE WRAP UP SHOW on 1.16.13
topic was discussing Gary not having the respect of the office staff

Gary: “I think also, and we can all agree without getting too into it… it’s pretty tense in the office lately, and I think that that is what is pushing things… things that were smaller are now bigger today.

Jason: “And you if you want to take it further, I’ll take it a little further, and I’m being honest, and I’ve had this conversation with you off the air, but you want the respect and command of an office… and you have mine. You have it. But it’s hard when you are here 3 days a week…

Gary: “Yeah that’s not a discussion for the air.”

    Jason: “OK”

John Hein: “OK so let’s take a break…”

    Interesting...
I wonder if they're all going to have "justify" being paid to work 5 days a week again

It's unbelievable to me that the Executive Producer of THSS is only there 3 days a week. I can see why things are tense between Jason and Gary. On the other hand, Jason's comment was.....career-limiting, I'll put it that way. I can't imagine saying anything like that in my place of work, but of course I work in Corporate America and not on an radio show.

Where are the results of all the extra work they've supposedly been doing for the last few months? There's still nothing worth listening to on H101 and all they do is recycle the same lame bits and guests on the show. If anything, things are getting WORSE. They talk a lot about doing stuff but nothing ever seems to happen. I don't believe they're doing anything extra, the results just aren't there.

It's the Peter Principle. They've rose to the level of their incompetency.

Come to think of it, there is one difference. Those horrible ghost-written jokes Howard tries to pretend are his own thoughts. If that's the best they can do they should just give up and admit they're a dismal failure.

Jason must've loaded up on extra confidence pills, seeing as how he's cold turkey away from the weed- that was a horrible and wonderful moment

Bravo, Kaplan! Used to hate him, now he's proving to be some kind of glimmer of hope (truthfulness on the show, which gets squashed like 3rd world peasants trying to overthrow a tyrant.)

If there really is a Malone effect, Booey should be shitting himself. He is literally paid to warm a chair.
