Furminator kicks ass!

Brody, the new pup, is a bit of a hair monster. A regular dog brush just didn't seem to make a dent. We've had hair everywhere so I picked up a "Furminator" upon a friend's recommendation. Excellent! No "tugging"....it just pulls right through grabbing all of the loose hair and Brody loves it (didn't seem to care for normal brushing). I'll go a second round with him later but hopefully I got most of the neglected fur and will just have to maintain it now with a few brushing a a week.

A little expensive, $35 from eBay/$50-ish at a pet store, but just for ease it appears to be well worth it!

Pile-o-fur after less than 5 minutes.....

The Furminator does work great, did you also notice it removes all the creepy "dandruff" like matter (pretty gross)....also, you won't have to furminate again for about a month

He actually seemed pretty dander-free. He likes it and we're still bonding so I plan on at least a few times a week. Have to see how it goes and fall into a schedule.

I have a Sheltie/Shepherd mix and he always appreciated a short haircut. I know you aren't supposed to buy he overheats easily and when I give him a crew cut he seems much more comfortable.

Not sure...he's a mutt. My niece is a vet tech and she always finds/receives orphaned dogs/cats. 4 years ago he was found on the streets and brought to her clinic. She cleaned him up, got him healthy and I adopted him. He was obviously mistreated and very skittish. Now, after 3 years+ of pampering from me and mine, he's a happy, goofy derpy faggot!!
