.....and since he didn't make it past auditions with The Voice he has decided to take his talents to a lesser known show, and an easier route to 15 minutes of fame, and audition for a show on NBC called Americas Got Talent.

Well....the payoff was supposed to be Manti Te'o getting a Heisman Trophy. That's why they cooked this cancer death up around the award voting. They waited until his Grandmother died and called an audible and declared the girl dead. Perfect story for getting him some profile and sympathy votes. They would have kept the girl alive until the NFL draft and then just had Manti say "oh we broke up". Instead with him being a Heisman finalist they said she had cancer...then the grandma dies and they say the girl died as well.

Of course the reason why this was started in the first place is that Manti and this guy are romantically involved. So the phone calls, the conversations, it was them being in a relationship. Manti is a Notre Dame football player. The parade of pussy around that guy must be insane. Mind blowing. But he doesn't date any broads at the school. Why? He's a closet case. Vito Spatafore was a bigger donut puncher.

This all started as a cover for this dude being gay. It's a perfect storm for hiding in the closet. Manti is a Mormon. He goes to a Catholic school. And he plays high profile football. Tough to live that life as an open pillow biter. So he hides in the closet and cooks up some long term girlfriend. With his real life boyfriend running the scam. Their own little game that they played.

Once it looked like Manti was in the running for a Heisman they took things to an extreme. Faking the girl's cancer and death. And it ended up biting them in the ass because the insane profile and attention ended up drawing too many eyes. Some of those eyes happened to be his agent who tipped off ESPN that this was a hoax. Someone else tipped off Deadspin, allegedly teammates, that this was a hoax as well.

I think the story is pretty clear now- the hoaxer is gay and just wanted to be in a relationship with a guy he had a crush on. Manti Teo has been a well-known football player by the polynesians since he was a senior in high school. So hoaxer had a crush and followed through on having a relationship. It sounds like this kid guilted teo whenever he would get around other girls.

I think Teo is more just an idiot. At first I really did think he was gay- but now I think it is pretty clear from all the info, he is just really dumb and gullible and just lived through his personal "crying game" in front of the whole nation.
