Recommend me a good TV show

I need something new to watch. I'm almost through with second season of Homeland. I'm looking for something else that's kinda fast-paced and tense.

I tried to watch "24" and "Southland", but I couldn't get into those shows. I already saw Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy and Dexter all the way through. So don't bother with those.

That looks weird as fuck. Is there a lot of drama in that show? I like the premise of a contract killer but the whole complicated story about cancer and transgender shit turns me off kinda.

Any of you watch The Wire? I heard a lot of good stuff about that as well.
