No, they seem to have an arrangement. Beth does whatever she wants and tells Howie what to do.

Howie gives her millions to be his personal photo model.

I'm betting murder-suicide by Rae during her review of Beth's appearance in the next Roger Corman movie 'Maniac Waitress'

Ben is 89 and Ray is 85. They appear to be in good health but both of them are one broken hip from the grave. It can go downhill very quickly at those ages. Beth, on the other hand, is stuck to Howard's money like shit on a shoe. She will not be easy to get rid of.

About $100 million and the place in the Hamptons (less the mortgage) would probably do the trick.

Plus, the death of one of them may trigger the death of the other. Very common in older couples who have been together for so long.
I don't wish it on them, and Howard is very blessed to still have both his parents.
But he should prepare himself....because nobody can live forever.
My comments are based on my opinion only.

My grammy made it to 103..Of course she was just a cared for blob the last 5 years.. Howard will be a different person when his parents die. They've been together so long that they will probably die in a short time span of one another...Cunty on the other hand will have to die in order for Stern to get rid of her... She's Herpes personified.

You're right, and this is especially true in elderly couples where the wife dies first. The husband usually goes within a couple of years, sooner if the couple is very elderly. If Ray goes first, the over/under on Ben would be about 1 year.

My grandfather was very exceptional. My grandmother died in 1983 at age 81, when he was 83. He lived another 17 years and made it to 100. But he was sharp as a tack until the end, lived in his own apartment (with a housekeeper), used the toilet, no diapers, nothing. Very unusual.

No chance in hell that the Horse would only take $100 million. Howard was very well-paid during his last five years at K-Rock and has had two megadeals with Sirius since then. You can be sure that he has other revenue streams that we know nothing about, like investments and such. I'd say it would take $250 million to get rid of Beth, plus Chimney Manor plus the Manhattan duplex.

    perfectly stated.

WHY would she EVER leave HIM? She's got the life - unlimited funds, freedom to come and go as she pleases, no domestic responsibilities, a pitiful older husband who will do practically ANYTHING she wants (get her tv gigs, get her into celebrity parties).... she may be a golddigging moron, but she ain't stupid when it comes to THIS!

he's going to go into a tailspin when one of them dies....howard is very fortunate to have relatively healthy parents who are in their upper 80's (and they look terrific ...maybe, not beautiful terrific, but they're both energetic and spry).
i went into a depression when my father died back in 2003. my drug taking intensified.

Both my parents died in their eighties about 6 years apart.

Now I'm just a poor orphan.

The above is strictly my exaulted opinion. Allegedly.

Howard stays married as long as he has a radio show soon as he retires he gets divorced

Howard will come out of the closet after the parents die.
    Then divorce.

If Howard if "lucky", he will come out gay before his contract is up. Then he can have a new lawsuit when he is not renewed.
