Have you ever had your life flash before your eyes?

im asking cause my daughter was in a car wreck (shes fine a little bruised) last night and said she saw her life pass before her eyes.

it happened to me in 1981 when i had to jump off a huffy into a catwalk to avoid being killed by an incoming plane that was heading straight for me.

it happened so fast but i remember seeing my house, my parents and my car



just curious to see if this has happened to others here

yea that seems to be the only time it happens...and i dont think it happens when your life is threatened by lets say a hostage or shooting incedent

well, the memory sections of our brains are basically organic computers, so if the computer thinks it's getting turned off, it could seek to protect the information in a memory dump, say into a new container (that in this case might not be quite ready)
