Yesterday they installed a new board of directors.

Without getting too wonkish for the non-finance posters they basically will start trying to get the money they used to buy up all the shares back. As of now, their goals are the same as shareholders goals....but that could change.

Interesting times ahead for sure!!!!

Its on its way to $5, share buyback will begin, then the company will be spun off.

Basically its a good time to hold siri. Good for everyone but stern who dumped most of his stock way back when.

Also not a good start to a relationship when you are suing your new bosses
