I went out to my mailbox to pick up a package I'd been waiting on for a long time (a pair of vintage Wranglers I won on ebay but the seller was giving me problems so it took like 4 weeks to get them ) and my neighbors dog Candy charged me like a bull and bit my wrist and shook it like an shark and took me down to the ground and wouldn't let go until he came out to save me.

Had to get 36 staples in my arm.

Yes I called the cops as soon as I was released from hospital and demanded the dog be terminated.

There is a cruiser outside my neighbors home right now and animal control is on the way. That piece of shit is going to rot in hell.

Where I work we would do a report but Animal Control (dog catcher) follows up and makes any decision regarding citations or seizure. We only get further involved if they need assistance with a dickhead owner or, obviously, if the dog is loose and vicious we might have to put it down immediately.
