She probably didn't have a concealed carry permit.![]()
These zero tolerance policies that schools have are so ridiculous. Taking such harsh punishments on children like this little girl or the little boy who made the gun sign with his hands doesn't accomplish anything except create an environment where kids can't act like kids.
Oh My...Woof!
I watched some Jason Stratham movie the other day where he goes around NYC killing piles and piles of people in an effort to save one Chinese girl.
The violence was so over-the-top that I couldn't believe they even filmed the movie.
But let's punish the little kids for playing cops and robbers.

I was going to post this the other day when I first saw it, but never got around to it.
The comments were funny:
her dad said "shes never even fired a real gun"... shes 5! the fact that he thought that needed saying makes me weep.

What if the bubble had burst! sending a cloud of chemicals (soapy bubble mixture ) these 5 year olds just dont think these things through.

I have been lobbying for years for tighter bubble gun regulations its time something was done!

These kind of actions are going to push more and more families to home school. Yes the schools get money for that but they will need far fewer administrators, teachers, and general employees.
With the economy the way it is there see more people at home these days it will make it easier for patents to embrace home schooling.
The story I saw about this mentioned that the child threatened to "shoot" classmates and then "shoot" herself.
If that's the case, I'd say the child needs to be talked to but suspending a 5 year old is silly.
i hope they throw her in Rikers. that fucking animal.
Spare a kidney?

please take the girl to court. this belongs on court tv. throw the book (paperback) at the kid! federal penn for her terrorist actions!
the authorities should treat it seriously to publicize just how lame and stupid the school is. publicly thank the school for uncovering a terrorist cel, etc.
ok, who writes "goo goo at a at a, fukin jew heeb"?
"fuckyoubigot i dont like you're sig" "repeated annoying comments"
The Lord is not my Shepherd for I am not a sheep.
If we have armed guards at school it will be just a matter of time before Johnny Law takes out one of these plastic pistol packing 5 year olds.
I'm sure the parents all feel much safer now that little punk was dealt with.
The kids aren't doing anything wrong. It's the adults who are acting like hysterical, incompetent, bumbling idiots.
I'm hoping that this wasn't the first time this child acted out and that this suspension was the final straw. Who knows if she isn't acting out in other ways?
You know how it is in life, folks. Sometimes you're fired for some dumb reason but they wanted to shitcan you for several other reasons they couldn't put on paper.
Sometimes you're arrested and nailed to the cross for something seemingly small but you've been pissing off law enforcement for years. Look at the mob bosses they get for tax evasion.
This could be (could be) why she was suspended.
Or not.
This is a triumph of symbolism over reality. It's not that it solves anything, it's the fact that it demonstrates symbolically the desire to change things. Hence tons of laws and regulations that accomplish little. Because showing you CARE is more important than solving a problem.
