For a person like you that only works 8 to 12 hours a week it would be but for a business man like my self it isn't. When you make early withdrawals from IRA accounts, 20% is automatically withheld. I didn't make 60k last year so I get it all back!

Turbo tax found an extra $1000 for me. Not only is the Federal government happy to pay most of my college tuition but it turns out it wants to pay the first $1000 on my books and supplies so they are reimbursing me.
