    it's wild rice, which isn't really rice at all (it's a grass). i put it in the crockpot raw an as it cooks, it pops open and doesn't go past that stage in cooking. it's so good and really good for you.

    understandable if they don't...or if you don't want to take pics of your dinner in front of your dinner company. i'm doing great. kind a cold here today, but got some good food almost ready for dinner an i'm gonna chill with my lady tonight. have a great time at dinner.

    just be forewarned, when you cook it, it has a swampy odor to it. BUT...it tastes delicious. nothing at all like the smell. i even put it in my thanksgiving stuffing.
