Yeah and Lawrence v Texas (2003) invalidated sodomy laws in the remaining 14 states.
That's a little judgmental. Whether he chooses to work in manufacturing, construction, office work or...creating disgusting films, he's still contributing to the economy: he's selling a product that there's obviously (if only ) a niche market, he's employing people, (i have no idea if he's paying taxes, though) and he's not harming anyone (except our sensibilities).
Outside of the bestiality thing (which is animal cruelty, IMO), I can't see anyone going to jail for it.
Hell, if "shit" movies were all you needed to produce to get put into jail, why isn't half of Hollywood in prison?

He should have been sentenced under the Nuremberg Laws

i agree. as long as they were consenting adults isn't this protected speech? i'd rather see this than the violence in some of those slasher films made in the 80's and 90's(or even django). violence is obscene, not sex.
IMO, those films desensitize people to violence.
Listen up assholes...The above is my opinion and doesn't mean shit

With this guy going to jail, we can now get the sequel to 2 Girls, 1 cup - 2 inmates, 1 ballon knot.
