It used to be a 100 percent drop rate if you did it under those conditions back when the fight was still challenging, now it's the same conditions but the drop rate is one percent.

ICC was cool. The problem was after the first 4 ICC bosses, the next ones took coordination. Pugs didn't stand a chance. And Arathas was a tough fight. I almost released when we beat him the first time
