She does look like she's in a Special Ed work-out class. But this is what she tells Howard:

"Howard said Beth has been Kayaking too. He said she goes to this guy Mr. Adventure and this is the kind of stuff he has her doing. Howard said this guy is like the world's best looking black man. He may have to set Robin up with him. Howard said that when she gets home she's so worn out that she doesn't have the energy to bang. Howard said it pisses him off. Howard said Beth comes home crabby and she doesn't want to make love. Howard said it's not doing him any good. Howard said that he wants to fuck, he's on vacation. Howard said that it becomes her life.

Howard said he asked her what she does with the guy. He said she told him that she had to kayak to class. He carries a bag with him and it's full of shovels and crap like that. Howard said Beth kayaks for like 55 minutes. Then she gets into a parachute and she has to do lunges on the beach with the parachute attached to her. He said he doesn't get what that's about. He said that she complains the whole time but she really loves it. Then the guy tells her to dig a hole with a shovel he has in his bag. He said that she's in the middle of nowhere digging a hole. Howard said he'll tell her to do 50 push-ups in the middle of that. He said it's fuckin nuts. Then she has to kayak back to the car. He said she told her to just get a landscaping job instead of doing all of this. Howard said they have plenty of work to do around his house. He said the guys doing that work are all fat though.

Howard said Jimmy's girlfriend went out with Mr. Adventure but she wasn't able to wake up after the first session. Howard said that there was no love making after that Mr. Adventure. He said he might put his foot down and put an end to that. He said he was going to try it himself but he figured he'd have a heart attack or something. He said you don't need to work out that hard. Howard said he doesn't need to look that good."
