I've lived most of my life as a black/white, this/that, yes/no kinda guy. The older I get, the more I see a zillion shades of grey in between the black and white.....

I agree. Surprisingly, I often find younger people to be more intransigent and utterly fixed in their position than older people, but usually, that's just ignorance or they're just repeating some crap their family/friends/school/church shoved down their throats.

I wish I was half as smart as I THOUGHT I was in my 20's....
