i'm glad his "empire" collapsed. no one should be allowed (or even want) to build a 90,000 (or even 16,000) sq ft house. it's vulgar.

While I find it vulgar as well, I also find vulgar the attitude that someone should not be "allowed" to build whatever they want with their own money.

Also, when an "empire" collapses, hundreds or thousands of other people lose jobs and have ruined lives.
