Are we all just assuming there's a non disclosure agreement because there hasn't been a book yet? I ask because Cabbie, when asked in another thread, said he didn't sign one. I'm wondering if other people who are there under the same conditions/circumstances as Cabbie maybe didn't have to sign one either.

What? Cabbie lie about something? What could Cabbie really know any way? they weren't BROS. I don't think they allow anyone to WORK in that studio without signing some pretty tight iron clad agreements. Some one will crack eventually.

FWIW, Here's the question and reply. You could be right, though. It could be a lie.

Lee what kind of confidentiality agreement did you sign, how specific did it get (can you cite examples), who did it extend to, if anyone, beyond Howie, what are the stipulated enforceable financial penalties for violating it, and does it bind you for X amount of years or in perpetuity??

As I never worked for Howard and his show directly I was never forced to sign any such agreements, and am not privy to if his staff is made to sign them either....
