In LA if you're famous, you get a permit to carry. If you're not, you don't. I can't imagine NYC is any different and both places have similar firearm laws.

While he is obviously no danger to society, an objective look at his profile shows that Howard is mentally ill and should new laws be enacted, he will be deemed to dangerous to own a firearm.

I couldn't care less if Howard loses his gun license or not. What I would rather see is Ronnie lose his. Ronnie is more likely to use a gun to fend off a Girl Scout bothering the emperor.
