I have to go with Teo. At least with Hanzi, you can understand it and calm him down with weed. Maybe the best way to phrase it, is this: who would you let watch your dog, Hanzi or Manti Teo?

This is true, but with Hanzi you know what you're dealing with. You could always medicate him into eating cheetos all day. Manti Teo, if this is true, is a straight up sociopath.
