She was going on and on "howard howard howard, you listen to howard, we all love howard and robin, and he is should i get the shot and then he takes a call from someone who says dont get the shot and he thinks he shouldnt get the shot...". Dr. Drew had his hand on her like "Stfu". It was clearly an attempt to get Howard to mention her.

from the wood behind them i would guess they have already helicoptered out east and have gotten the flu shot at the beachfront mountain lodge. howard is the one on the left in the black tank-top with the "nude" bandage. while hamptstrosky has the white bandage.
