I don't like Gary, he's too arrogant anymore. This was realized when the board op Louis said Gary ignored him in the hall and never said hello but would be nice to him in the studio. Gary fared well by Howard but he forgets where he comes from and is a CT a=hole. I often wondered what I would say to him if I ran into him anywhere. I don't hate him as much as others, but your statement rings true with me. Whenever his duties are brought up, he always talks about booking guests. That's far from the top of what his title means, even though Gary says learning how to do budgets is the missing puzzle piece he needs to move on after the Stern Show. What are his other functions? He must have some, but they don't come through on the radio.

I don't care for Jason, but will agree that he does have some balls....but he works in an environment where his back-stabbing hijinks is rewarded, if he were to pull that shit anywhere else he'd be fired

He certainly fell down on the job as Executive Producer when Sal half assed the "Bobo End of the World" bit or Will half assed the "Bobo Swap Shop" bit wound up on the air. There are so many cluster fucks getting on air these days - I know it doesn't help that Howard gets introduced to the bit 10 minutes before it airs, but a good executive producer would make sure everyone else was on the mark.
