    I'm Gonna Coach J.V. Baseball this Spring.

    I know the game very well, but never coached before. I mean, I ran my softball team for a few years, but that's way different than coaching 15 and 16 year olds. Has anyone coached before? Can you give me some pointers?

    I coached hockey for one year filling in for a friend of mine, but they were 8-10 year olds.

    Teaching them how to skate backwards was a huge accomplishment.

    Oh, always buy them hot dogs at the end of the game. All my coaches always seemed to do that.
