The Ambulance chasing Diacos have no shame. How the Hell did they think they were going to get away with this? Its not like they were getting creamed. I don't think they were absolutely winning at this point but if you arent just getting slaughtered at the end of the end of the plantiffs testimony and half to dig your way out with your case then odds are you are going to win. I haven't seen all of it but nothing Ive seen was anything more than two whiny bitches suing over getting there feellings hurt.
