Haysletts a criminal lawyer. This is a civil action so the ambulance chasing Diaco's would be involved. I'm surprised they didn't offer MJs wife a new rack as a settlement.

I listened to the opening statements on the way into the office this morning. The fact that something like this could make it to trial shows how ridiculous the legal system is. One of the things he is suing about is that he felt threatened by Bubba saying he wanted to have a funeral for him. Completely leaving out the part where he himself had had a funeral for some other Radio guys that he had beaten.

They recessed for lunch but I didn't catch the time for when they start up again. Bubba is on the stand and they are playing clips of him insulting Todd Schnitt and his wife. I would check back at around 1pm or so.

Bubba is fucking up on the stand. Saying that he conferred with counsel about going after Schnitt's wife beforehand. "Then you decided to turn up the heat on her after conferring with counsel. Is that what you are telling us Mr. Clem? You said she was on the show thousands or so times. How many thousands?"
