I like what Nissans been doing with their cars for the last few years... They're designed well and are reliable as Hell... I had an '05 fully loaded Maxima as my daily driver way back when ... The car was as comfortable & powerful as any luxury car I've driven (It had the Xenon lights, Black Leather interior, seat warmers, etc etc)

Yes and no, you see GM many years ago adopted the Zeta platform for their rear wheel drive performance vehicles, of which at the time Cadillac was the main and almost only vehicles that incorporated rear wheel drive until the release of the camaro, but now with the advent of the new Chevy SS (debuting during speed weeks at the Daytona 500 this February) GM is switching to the new Alpha platform. So basically all their performance rear wheel drive vehicles will be built on an Alpha platform, Cadillacs, Camaro (6th gen in 2015?) and the new Chevy SS. So really while many think that all these cars are Cadillacs the only reason they do so is because Cadillac was the first vehicles to adopt these new unified platforms.

As for the new Corvette, I am not certain, but Corvette being their marquee sports car it may still be on a separate platform.

Oh, and I really like the new Corvette, never really been a Corvette person, but I will definitely give the new C7 a look, but only after I see what Camaro does with the 6th gen.

Much more bang for your buck.... Love the Audi's..But, just like the BMW's & Mercedes, they're waaaay overpriced ...If most of their owners would be honest, they'd admit that those cars are every bit a status symbol as they are a comfortable luxury
