I wonder if I could become Artie's official Message-board Moderator.

In order for it to be official, I guess I would have to have Artie pay me, give me his cell phone number and mention me in the show's credits.

I could get that caller from FLA, that wanted N&A to pay for him to come to NYC so he could sing some of his idiot songs, to write me a theme song (using Chromatic riffs).

I really do not want Artie to pay for it, but that seems to be what true Artie fans require.

I guess my first act, as official Artie Lange Show message-board moderator if I get the gig, would be to get Artie to pay for postings here (and maybe eventually for those just viewing posts).

A lot for a G-Snipe to think about.

Last night's show was pretty solid.

It seems, to me, that Artie is starting to hit a groove.

The past tension between Nick and Artie was always funny, but maybe 15 months is all one can take of another A-list comedian.

I recommend listening to 2-10-12 show for a sample of tension and comedy gold between Nick and Artie.

I am OK, as a Nick and Artie fan, with where Artie is taking the show.

BTW I really am starting to hate the Danettes. Dan Patrick seems OK (though I never watch), but these Danette commercials on Audience channel are driving me a "little" nuts. I never heard of these guys until they showed up on N&A at last year's superbowl shows. I only remember them for the B.S. story one of them had about dating a black chick (or two).

I just saw Tracy Morgan on Dan Patrick (I finished typing the above sentence and it was on). Dan seems like a good dude but Tracy needs Artie doing the interview.

Will Tracy be on Artie's show tonight? I would think he would do DP first and then be on the Artie's Show.

If not they could bring Gass back on and let him do his imitation of Tracy Morgan (which will kill me in a bad way).

I seem to be getting a fair number of views to "Gunnar's Corner" thread.

I wish I had something better to say. Sorry.

I am just a old Nick and Artie fan transitioning back into just an Artie fan.

If Nick did something, on radio or preferably podcasting, I would give it a listen.

I think it is a shame that Nick's "conservative" political views get him so much hate from the liberals (at least some of the posters here).

Nick is a funny SOB. Artie is a funny SOB. It ran its course and G-Mang is pulling for Artie from here on out.

Artie is a talent, I think it is great he is having to do what Nick did for the first 15 months of the show.

I hope Nick and Artie can patch things up, if they need to be patched, and Nick comes back on the show every once and a while.

There was nobody better, except Artie at times, on busting Dan Falto's balls.

Anyways, who gives a "Sternski Turd" what Gunnar has to say.

Maybe some others will open up their own "Corner" threads. If it ain't the "core turds" creating them I would read them.

kev, what he did with that Listening Thread was not cool, and I don't think it was an accident. That said, I really don't care either way, I at first tried to take up for the guy but that really ticked me off. This forum barely has enough regular posters as it is, purposely locking out half of them from the listening thread isn't cool (and quite frankly reminds me of SFN bullshit). Gunnar is the one who seems to be on the offensive against mpa and myself at this point (read every recent thread he's posted in) and seems to be bothered by me. I really coudn't care less about him either way.

I explained and apologized for the "one time" listening thread. It was 8:30 PM and no thread. I try to stay off the listening threads but I sometimes find some good show information on them. I forgot about the 3-4 people I have on ignore. I agree that you should not have people on ignore with a "public" thread like that.

I do have sternski, mpa, captain kirk and artiescrag on ignore. I grew tired of the BS posts with hate spewing. I sometimes surf dawg in public places (like coffee shops) and I do not feel comfortable with their BS on my screen. Also, only MPA seemed able to put some humor in his Gunnar bashing posts.

These "pure souls" jumped on a bandwagon last fall, reported me to DAWG as a mult, had me investigated for a couple of weeks, and only when I kept asking to be exonerated was I. They did all this in a public forum after I would not go away via private message threat. And Dawg himself was the one who told them to add me to the ignore list, after one of them asked how to keep someone from posting on their threads.

Finally, outside of my corner, I try to keep my posts focused on the show. I do however, need to respond every once and a while to an attack.

Man I wish I did not start that one listening thread. It was not on purpose (locking out some dillweeds). It is just not my style (other than ignoring their filthy rants on me). I do not mind people bashing on me (it's a message-board after all). Just make it funny.

Note: I took mpa off ignore. Maybe I got a little too sensitive over his bashing. But I find that dude funny.
