This is the second or third time I've dealt with this lady on out of the country deliveries, and she is ALWAYS trashing Mexico. It must be her "Sloooowly I turned" trigger.

i think in Mexico they just hand out stuff, and eventually it gets to the right family. and then it narrows down to less than 100 people
