"Squirt"............Hot female contestants who have lip piercings remove the rings and hold a mouthful of water while (here comes the hard part...) someone makes them laugh, with their mouths closed, and the guys vote on style, distance etc. of the squirt. Winner gets another piercing.

Change the show format to a comedy one.
