Why have we not put this White House petition system to good use? I would like to see a petition to compel All broadcasting media to standardize and report regularly the ratings and audience size of all on-air talent.

How would Sirius report the ratings of on-air talent by in car listeners? does one car represent 4 listeners, 2 adults and 2.2 children? what if its a 2-seater, and how would they know? seems unfeasible.
