A dozen killer whales that were trapped in the ice in northern Quebec are now free.
Animal lovers around the world had been worrying about the fate of the orcas, trapped 30 kilometres off the coast of the Inuit village of Inukjuak, on the eastern shore of the Hudson Bay.

actually, and i could be wrong (as if), they still had a couple or a few hundred miles to go to find open water. they were basically following any breaks in the ice. one cold, windless night and it's sealed up again.
they could be in a new hole any minute now.

that movie was awful but i watched the whole thing, it was the movie being shown on a flight I took to Madrid. I think the Jim Halpert guy was kind of a dick for giving the Eskimo kid all that heavy metal music despite the dad obviously disapproving. Originally Posted by BrulesRules
