i would love to hear the opinions of some women here. do you, the women here, think rape is NOT about sex and is only about power and/or violence?
you just don't turn it off.
she raped you vyb.

why won't anyone answer this legit op question? when will dawg's saloon address this?
you just don't turn it off.
I have some freakish rape fantasies, and for me - it's ALWAYS about losing control. I spend so much of my life in control - that to lose it is sexually stimulating.
It's never "real rape", in my fantasies though, 'cause I never get hurt badly in them. I can take a good punch or 2, but after that, it's just about the man controlling the situation.![]()
i totally agree that a man -- or anyone -- has to be seriously fucked up to even consider actually doing it. rape fantasies are actually fairly common among women. but if it is just power/domination, why sex? why not something else? isn't there a horniness component to it?
you just don't turn it off.
that's totally what i just posted about! lot's a women have those fantasies, but they don't actually want to be raped.
is it possible that the people who have defined what a rapist's motives are are women, and they look at rape through their lens rather than through a male lens? i think if you look at rape through a male lens it is more about sex than power or control or violence. but maybe that's because i'm not a rapist an i think of it through a sex lens.

I think it depends on the rapist. In my own experience it was about sex, however he wasn't a serial rapist. I think serial rapists have a different motivator.
By serial rapist I mean someone who does it more than once - a spouse could even be a serial rapist.
