Bullshit. Psych's Robin version of Bohemian Rhapsody is the best Robin parody ever recorded, and has to be in the top 5 of all song parodies ever played on the show. And when you consider that Psych is blind since infanthood and has never seen Robin, that makes it even more amazing.
I do agree that the Robin song parodies should be retired as a whole, but don't dis Psych. He's amazing.
i agree about the bohemian rhapsody parody. i just heard it again on a 2009 show. i remember when he came on the show and i found out he was blind. i (and i'm sure many others) was thinking "that makes sense". i can only imagine what he thought when he hugged her. probably that they had him hugging benjy as a prank.
"If my wife started going to a bereavement counselor, I'd throw her out." Howard referring to Nancy's grieving of Timmy the cat.
I don't know why I called him Psy, maybe too much Gangnam ZooZaZoo? Anyway, Psych had a few good songs. I just became really bored with him after awhile, and his bitch fight with Little Mikey over who started Robin song parodies (when Sal & Richard did) just really annoyed me. I will cut him some slack since he's blind and those songs are basically the only thing in his life, but why not show some initiative and do something else? I think both of them are more worried about air time than being funny, that's all. Now, if Psych writes a song about Rick getting fired, I will take every word of that back and just hate Little Mikey. Dan the Song Parody Man wins for taking on Midget Mund and never paying Artie back anyway.
