    300 pushups yesterday

    i'm not bragging, mind you

    but i highly recommend pushups for the purpose of relieving stress from shoulder/back/neck (often brought upon by computer use) as well as benefits of balance for the core body.

    sets of 40 are great,

    sets of 25 can be accomplished w/out much effort,

    remember to breathe well
