    Question Plz estimate the amount of water you drink on a daily basis.

    I'm at least a litre a day.

    I'd say at least 2 gallons a day. I have a 32 oz. Gatorade container that I refill with water every couple of hours at work and I always have a glass of water with ice in front of me at my apt. I probably piss 30-40 times a day.

    i can't prove it, but the past two times i regularly drank even one can of diet cola a day, after a month i had stones again. they don't seem to reoccurs as long as i drink lots of water and avoid cola sodas entirely. i've read that the phosphates in cola sodas are thought to cause or contribute to their formation.
