That's odd to me, I'm in So Cal and I have never experienced that while being anywhere with an off duty officer that was carrying. But then again. The female officers weapon was showing and that's what alerted the customer in the first place. Seems the Manager tried to get the Officers to come back. The Chief then told the Officers to stay out of there.

Not positive but I think Denny's serves breakfast all day. So I would think they do.
