Any thing, more than Nick not tweeting like always, to go on?
I wonder if TfC has the answers?
What about Will (though it would probably cost him his job to comment now)?
I need Sully, from Florida, to play some chromatic riffs on his git-fiddle and post them on the net.
G-THinking I do not know what is going on with N&A right now
I am not in this world to live up to my expectations

If this is true, then fuck them both for not having it out on air.
Chris Mannix filled in for Dan Patrick when he was at the BCS CHAMPIONSHIP game. So the next day they have him fill in for N&A. HELLA WACK. I blame directv for all of this.
maybe they are just looking for a new set of twins..you know, some who are actually hot and have some talent?

The bottom line is that the show became unlistenable when they went live on DirectTV. Adding the music acts was a fucking joke. There's no one who loves Art more than me, but he's about to implode and the show's production went to straight shit when they tried to class it up. It was at it's funniest when Artie was clean and they were doing it in a closet about 9 months ago. He'll I'm the guy that came up with the shorthand for the new call in number and I haven't listened in months...

MPA, thank you for being the voice of reason. Everyone on here was crying "Man, Nick sucks we need (insert your pick for co-host here), DirecTV/Premiere should do something." And then they do it, and everyone is saying "WHAT! I LOVED RICK I'M NEVER LISTENING AGAIN WAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!". Or they have crazy Artie conspiracy theories. Let's get real guys, Nick is not turning down nearly 1 mil because he wants to help Artie and can't stand to see him fall off the wagon. He's a good guy (although I don't like his politicizing a sports/comedy show every 5 minutes) who isn't that good on the radio and probably skirted making racially explosive remarks a la Imus too many times for Ken Kohl's tastes. Artie is Nick's gravy train, not the other way around, and DirecTV wants a return on their 1.5 mil and they aren't getting it from Rick.
As long as Artie isn't nodding off (and maybe if he is) he can make money for DirecTV/Premiere, and normal radio shows re-tool all the time (just look at the revolving door at ESPN radio or pretty much any morning drive show these days). We've gotten used to one of two guys that were exceptions to that, Howard and Imus, who gets to call his own shots (or at least did) as far as personnel go. Artie doesn't control anything, he shows up and gets a check like 99.9% of radio show hosts; Rick is getting his money plus the money from his newfound extra stand up gigs. If Artie quits in protest, and I doubt he would since he and Rick have not gelled at all lately, he gets nothing and no radio/tv company will ever hire him again because he walked off a show of his own volition (as opposed to having drug abuse issues).
i found this old clip on youtube of when Nick was on Stern 10-18-08 i believe, or something like that. he kept talking about how badly he wanted a radio gig. it's interesting to me that he wanted to be in radio so badly.
Yea, it's quite the strange direction he wants to take, and his constant bashing of podcasts, when radio is dead, his voice is awful on the radio and he's just a bitter bronze prick that never broke - I love the young comedian specials, it's always the same, 2 guys made it, 2 guys you've never heard of and one guy is like Rick that comedy people know, but never broke through. Hungry, young comedians do podcasts, guys who can do radio can't even get radio jobs, it's time for Rick to try to whore out to fox news or do a weekly podcast and get back on the road, the Radio career much like radio itself is dead.
You're so cruel to Rick, mpa
Reppin Nick and Artie since Day 1

I'm hoping for a 3 way tease-Don, Mike and Artie, with Ron and Fez calling in. Greaseman as the announcer.
