The payoffs / bribery to the UCI is fucking amazing. Latest rumor is the Lance camp tried to give the UCI $250,000.00 last year.

Lance made a few donations to the UCI. I believe the $250,000 attempt was to the USADA. I guess Lance figured it worked with the UCI, so why not.

Lance Armstrong sued many newspapers and websites over the years for printing he was using steroids. He won every time. Sometimes upper six figure to lower seven figure settlements. Now those newspapers and websites want their money back plus legal fees and possible fees on top of that for damages. He's facing some insane lawsuits and could be bankrupt for the rest of his life without those endorsements rolling in.

there's prize and endorsement money, although the TDF money gets split up between him and his teammates, so that's gone and probably won't get contested. some companies are suing to get some money back that he sued to get in the first place it's a whole thing, don't ask

Damn, that sucks for him. I feel bad for the guy. I always kinda root for the bad guy in these cases, don't ask me why.
